Consultations

Payment and fulfillment are handled by our independent telehealth partner. Refund eligibility for consultations and medications is governed by the partner's policies, which are presented to you before you complete any purchase.

Medications

For safety and regulatory reasons, prescription and compounded medications generally cannot be returned once dispensed. Specific terms are provided by the dispensing pharmacy and partner at checkout.
